Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ku9e platform ("Platform" or "Site"). By visiting this site, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Providing false information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Account Management

Login & Security

Use the ku9e Login page to access your ku9e account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized use, contact the support team immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure

ku9e reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• At the user's own request.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure and no breach of these Terms has occurred, it will be returned to the user via their designated payment method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ku9e supports the most widely used mobile and banking methods in Bangladesh. The general terms for deposits and withdrawals are described below.

• It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals be made using the same payment method.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• ku9e may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Currency conversion and international payment methods are not currently supported.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

ku9e offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers carry their own terms, which apply alongside the general Terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus may not be claimed more than once from the same person, device, or IP address.
• Cancelled or incomplete bets placed with bonus funds will not count toward wagering requirements.
• If bonus abuse is proven without valid justification, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• ku9e reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ku9e is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

If any of the above prohibited conduct is proven, ku9e may immediately close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and, where necessary, provide information to law enforcement agencies.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the ku9e platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and compilations — is the exclusive property of ku9e or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without ku9e's prior written permission, users are prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform's software or code.
• Using ku9e's trademarks or brand identity without authorization.
• Using platform content for commercial purposes.

Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, but ku9e's intellectual property must be acknowledged even in such cases.

Privacy & Personal Data
